VP2003 o'heating again

After the fight to get the hose off! Once its off, do I look at it and say its ok or not? (like I cant see inside it for rot- need xray eyes) Some say they only last as little as 2yrs. Like to order the SS one from UK. Happy Xmas

Its only OK if you can clean out the water and gas flow passages and find its not corroded through anywhere .

It sounds as though replacement may be your best option

Dying to get onto it again, but no work today. Thinking easy to rig the 2 pipes on temporary and pour water in to see if exits out the big exhaust hole, and no need to disturb the exhaust hose. Whoops, see a flaw there-that needs hose to be seethru.
