I got my local glazing company to make me a circle of glass for my underwater camera box. Then I cracked it, so I made the replacement myself with the surplus glass.

End of a sharp penknife blade and gently prise the edge of the lens. It just pops up.
Turned out mine had a double lens, but simple to replace once I found the correct diameter courtesy of Foulkes Chandlery barge.
