Me again...and legs again...not sure if that's good or bad..

I'm currently in the process of removing my 100 leg and sorting out the crap that matey boy (see signature) has caused...Whilst I was talking to the chap in the yard here in Greece about the work he's going to do for me on the leg, he mentioned that there is a chap who's got a 290 DP for sale at quite a reasonable price...first question:

By having Duo props do you require a larger amount of umphh from the engine...Although the AQ115 is rebuilt is not really throwing out so many horses now days...
For my next trick I need to take a look at the 290 leg and work out if it's even compatible...

I've got to look at replacing the leg as you just can't find parts and considering it's kept on a trailer something with tilt adjustment would be handy when launching and retrieving.

Look forward to hearing your views.
Simon.

Is that for all 290's or just the Duo Prop ones..?

Has anyone got any words of wisdom concerning the 270's and 280's...things to be aware of if I find any second hand units..?
