anyone know where i can get a bumper for the tilt thing on the transom... mines mangled and rusted away?

Try doing a search on ebay, just got a bump stop for my 280. Think there are some more on there was only 15 quid.

A real tightwad would rub down metal plate with sandpaper and Araldite any suitably shaped piece of hard rubber on to it.A close friend has assured me that it remains in place even after 3 years.The bolt holding that plate on is hard to get at and a bugger to remove.
