I have been tasked with ordering the stupid little oil pipe that has failed on one of our engines because Mr Moose is enjoying himself in Orlando for 4 days.
I have the model number of the injector pump e.t.c and was wondering if I could order the pipe from a truck place because it must be so much cheaper than the "green" version!

You could try A.R.E Ltd. Head office is in Farnham Tel: 01252 711777. I think they have several branches in the SE. I know they have a branch in Guildford that stock "serious" truck bits.

Have you checked Volvo Truck and Bus's website ? Distributors etc normally listed there I'd have thought.

Which pipe? Is it the feed or return oil pipe to or from the injector pump?

If its the feed pipe, as I suspect it might be, then that has been replaced with a hose.

If its the return pipe, then this is still a pipe.

It is the feed pipe. It is very badly designed because the pipe runs behind the injector pump drive and is rubbing against the block.
