Hi guys, sorry for the short message but is difficult for me to deal with the forum (posting, replaying etc) since its my first time in a forum.
Ok, the issue with my tamd 75 edc is that we did a mayor maintenance in the engines, gaskets valves, new turbos, paint, pumps, cleaning inter and after coolers etc.
Several months later we installed the engines and everything works perfect but they are limited to 1.000 rpm. I did the sincronisation

Could be anything, most likely related to the latest interventions. There’s been a lot .
The “;EDC “ - is everything plugged in put back correctly, the fuel lines clear , the diesel pump rebuilt , any rev sensors connected + calibrated?
Timing of diesel pump and gen valve gear . There will be a critical sensor somewhere get a guy with a vodia system to plug in and see if it’s any use .Any codes on the dash thrown ?

Its not the cooling , system or paint unless its gotten into connector .

Hi there, pumps where not touched, control panels don’t show any failure, batteries are very deficient, tomorrow I am buying new ones. Fuel lines perfect, actually I bought a new harness to se what happens and nothing changed. In my opinion the engines are electronically limited to 1.000 rpm. The system is detecting a failure

He also told you to look for any codes on the dash. And I told you how.
It is obviously electronically limited.
You need the codes to move on.

The only failure at the moment y the battery alarm , in the control panel no failures at all, well for the moment I dont have any scanner around, if I find one than I will coment the failures and see how it goes with new batteries
Thank you very much for your interest

You don’t need a scanner. Press the diagnosis button
If it flashes 1 : 1 then there are no faults.
If it flashes anything else (it will) it will tell you where to look.

Yes I already did that and there are no faults at all, (1.1) but I read all the faults the dash can give and there is none for low battery, but the switch dash does give me battery fault so I hope when tomorrow I change them it gets solved. Do you know how many volts needs the computer system to work properly ?

Marcos, in my experience, low voltage (faulty batteries) don't always given an error. If I was you I'd also check that your alternator and battery charger are working properly.

Low voltage can cause odd symptoms too.

I'd also advise you not to run the engines until you have fixed the voltage problem as you can wreck an ECU by doing so (then you're into big $$$ to fix it).

Hi Petem, well I changed batteries and electric supply is ok now, but the limitation on 1.000 rpm. continued, today I changed in one engine the old cleaning serviced injectors for six brand new volvo, and the engine immediately lifted rpm to 1.500, I didn't want to keep pushing since is to much for one engine to do all the job. I guess this is the reason (Mechanical and not electrical). Thank very much for all the help, when I find the other six injectors I will post results
Regards Marcos
