Volvo race heading for pirate waters?

The second leg of the Volvo O.R. is now heading north towards 'pirate-waters' I see they have also include a 'stealth zone' in this area. Will that include blacking out the 'tracking' system? Interesting times ahead!

You can just picture it, pirate skiff tries to stop one of them and they get a "out of our way! We're racing!" call from the cockpit.;)

They're not sailing that bit. They're making for a rendezvous with a yacht transporter which will carry them past Somalia.
