If you go to Volvo penta website you should be able check
but from memory I would say
The out drive which is boat speed affected the -A is for faster lighter boats
AD43 is incomplete

If you are scouring adverts, then these could all be referring to the same thing. e.g.

The Engine in all three is a "KAD43".
They are all "Duoprops", so "KAD43DP" doesn't indicate anything extra or different.
The "KAD43P-A" refers to a later revision. But "KAD43" might also be that later revision but with the description missing the "-A".

KAD's are outdrives. KAMD is the shaft drive version.
