Volvo Penta Xact side mount control

I'm slowly working my way through the ever increasing list of jobs to do and this one has now reached the top of the list. We have a VP Xact side mounted throttle/gear control for which I can find very little in the way of information.

Does anyone know how to adjust the friction action and if it's possible, the centre detent function? Any information would be much appreciated.

Could you put a photo up? There are a few different types but if it can be ID’d then there should be installation instructions available to download
