Volvo Penta VDO tachometer with electronic display

Please could someone tell me where i could get a Volvo Penta VDO tachometer with electronic display that revs to 5200 revs on the display.

Even better if someone could tell me how i could programme the hours back into it.

Can only help with changing the hours and its not DIY, return postage and a £30 cheque to the RNLI would get it sorted for you.
