Hi I know that my tamd22 doesn’t have an engine anode but does it have one on the cooling system / heat exchanger?

No.
Checking and replacement would be mentioned in the routine maintenance section of the owners manual if it did.
You would also be able to find it in the parts lists.

Volvo avoid the need for anodes in the heat exchanger by isolating the housing (aluminium) from the tubes (copper) which contain the seawater. The engine itself does not need one because it is cooled by the freshwater based coolant mix.
