Volvo penta plastic throttle knob balls

Does anyone know where I can get these?

Looking on line has not yielding the result I was hoping for !

They are screw on plastic black balls with an 8mm thread.

Certainly good value, but doubt the threaded part is stainless, so need to be aware of corrosion. For that price, buy loads and replace once a year.
