Volvo Penta MD29 Exhaust

Does anybody know where I can get my hands on an MD29 exhaust manifold? I think an MD32 will fit. The engine was similar to the Peugot 504 diesel.
Help please!

I had MD32 engines in my boat about 6 years ago and was told that Volvo had long since stopped making spares. I was finding it difficult to source spares even then, so I sold the boat!
