Hello all I have a volvo penta md2010 I sent my injection pump to parts 4 engines 2 yrs ago for a recondition unit, they sent me one back but did not give me the banjo bolt that fits on top of the injection pump I put a 6mm bolt in it to protect from dust, because of covid I stopped working on my boat, does anyone know where I can get one as I bought a few from ebay they were all too short, also the washers that fit under the return pipe,I have tried every where cannot locate them

Any VP dealer ... eg Volspec

But you are not clear which of the two banjo bolts you require . Some lists show the larger of the two, # 22 in the diagram below, as NLA

.See the parts lists at Volvo Penta parts and accessories - MarinePartsEurope.com to get the part numbers

But sit down before looking at the prices

Banjo bolts are standard items used by many equipment makers These are possibly m12 Banjo bolts. Check if you have a fuel injection specialist in your area as they will have these in stock or try Amazon or Ebay .

Not M12 if the OP was able to seal it with a 6mm bolt.
I assume the part he needs is #38 in the diagram I posted., but no reason for it to be anything special.

M6 is very small but Ive found them as brake line banjo bolts ( 20 mm long overall )

They are definitely 6 'll as I have a 6mm bolt in at the moment to keep it clean all the 6mm banjo bolts I have bought have all been too short
