Volvo Penta MD 20X0, heat exchanger repair thread recently.

I have just been trying to find the thread on some one welding to repair the exaust port exit on one recently. Ive tried the search effort but cant find it, can any one remember it and pinpoint it please?

You might be thinking of Mark's (Magical Armchair) repair on his D2 55. Same basic design heat exchanger.

A simple search for "heat exchanger" by MagicalArmchair ( all one word) using the form search will find a couple of threads by him and a later one by asteven221
