VOLVO PENTA KAD 32 PERFORMANCE PROBLEM

Hello, Could anyone please comment on my Fairline Targa 30,
The engines drop approx 500 revs from say 2800 to 2300, the stern drops and diesel is spilled out through the exhausts(I assume the exhausts). Then the superchargers kick in she recovers the revs and powers up, only to repeat the process again.
We have changed all filters and belts my mechanic has reset the supercharger clutches, hull and outdrives are clean one prop slightly damaged. On a calm sea she revs to 3500 and pulls 28 knots no problem in turbo range. Seems to be just the supercharger rev band. Thanks for your time reading this. Steve
