Volvo Penta Diagnostic

Any suggestion where I can buy the diagnostic computer VODIA for Volvo Penta engines? Is it user friendly ? I have a pair of D6. Many thanks.

I don't think you can.

From what I understand the VODIA tool is bereft of engine data until a registered volvo tech logs onto the volvo main database. The tool then downloads the specific data for the engine it's about to be used on.

Without the genuine volvo log on it won't work, and you can't get a log on unless you are registered by volvo as an authorised tech / dealer.
