OK guys, what is the right oil level on my VP 130s saildrive. Read the User Manual but it shows a different dip stick type.
Just had saildrive professionally serviced but concerned oil could be too high - see photo, measured without screwing down dip stick (clearly is much higher screwed fully in).

So
Q1 - With this dipstick do I measure screwed down or not?
Q2 - What is the High mark - the upper of the two lines or where the flat section ends.
Thanks in advance

Thanks Vic - that is a much longer dipstick than ours, but confirms my thinking. Not screwed in and not above second line. So well over filled by the service engineer :-(
Fortunately I often find it tricky to get the exact level so have a large syringe and pipe on board, and lowered level - to near the minimum mark as per advice on here. Will check a few more times once test run.
Thanks
