volvo penta d1-30f won't restart when hot

Hello,

No I change the sensor and nothing changes....

But, we are using the motor and we don't have anymore problem for more than one month
The motor starts without problem even hot !!!

Perhaps the problem is present when the weather is very cold, we discover it this winter and the temperature was less than 5°C

And we have an emergency start in case of...

Hi folks .. I have a problem not related to this but reading your post seems like a few "experts" are about that might help with my problem.
My glow plug heater light comes on after the engine has started. I have changed the switch and glow plug relay but still the same. Dont have all the wiring info if someone can help. (the test switch only shows the oil pressure,temp,and ignition light as the glow plugs are not on the same test circuit.)
Any thoughts appreciated. Oh engine is D1 30.

Glow plug pre heat is activated by a quick press on "start" button, but which light are you referring to, the Glow plug heater comes on the display with the engine hours on some, others have an individual separate light, the display is directly connected to the MDI which is known to cause gremlins, if indeed your glow plug light is the symbol coming on and you have a digital EVC panel

is the relay activating with the light on or is the light just on?

caveat - i am no expert
