My dad got an old Volvo Penta 3.9hp for free from a friend. She said it worked when it was put away but that was 5 years ago. There seems to be no spark. When testing it with a multimeter it produces voltage and small current of 15ma. Cleaned and set the points but still no luck. Any ideas as to what might be wrong? Think it might be the condenser.
