Volvo Penta 431 drain down

Hi - I'm looking for some insight into draining down a Volvo Penta 431 for winter - I've read something about bungs in the block having to be removed?

I know about the exhaust manifold ones and was going to pull the hoses from the thermostat and pump - what else do I need to do please?
