Volvo Penta 2002 raw water pump

I need to service my pump and have been looking online for spares in the hope of finding something at a more realistic price than VP and have a few questions if I may.
Can anyone recommend a source for parts?
The shaft bearings I've seen online are the sealed type, have VP changed the spec or has anyone used them with success? The ones I have are open races that are engine oil lubricated.
Shaft seals, the VP seals have a mild steel lip spring which rusts on the water side, does anyone supply seals with stainless spring?
