Could anyone with a Volvo with hand-start crank confirm whether the black handgrip bit is supposed to revolve on its spindle? Ours for our MD7A doesn't, and I can't tell whether it is just siezed, or not supposed to turn.
It would be a lot easier to use if the handgrip turned, instead of having to let the grip slip round while you're working it. Ours could certainly do with being a bit easier - it took around five attempts to hand start from cold this weekend.
