Hi,
I'm in the process of fitting a water heater to my boat. Just about to connect the pipes to the motor and am stuck on how to remove 1/2 in NPTF plugs from water pump and thermostat body. These have square hole rather than Allen hex head. What tool can I use to remove these? Also wondering how easily they will loosen up (given this motor is 15 yrs old)? Would I damage anything if I applied heat?
Appreciate any guidance from anyone who has been down this track.
