Does anyone have a shop manual or any drawings or illustrated parts lists for the old two cylinder Volvo ? I am particularly interested in the throttle assembly and the speed governor and the transmission linkages.

Any advice on de-mucking the little blighter's waterways?

(39 years old, still hand starts...even in January...but tends to overheat!)

As it's raw water cooled I'd obtain a new set of stainless core plugs, then remove the old ones and clean out the waterways.

Seems like a good idea, but a new one for me.

My Volvo AQ110 is raw water cooled and has Stainless Steel core plugs, as fitted by Volvo from new (1967) as have the two AQ110s that are sitting in my garage for spares.
I assume they can be obtained from Volvo, when I removed mine to clean the water ways they were as good as new (40 years old) I re-dished them and refitted.
