Volvo MD 2030 heat exchanger filler cap insert

Hi , can’t find a part number for the brass insert that fits the casting on the heat exchanger. Tried Volvo parts, not listed but a picture elsewhere does show the item but no number. Anyone had to replace this

I've no idea if any of the above fits the MD2030 HE but maybe worth investigating

It's been mentioned before. IIRC Skipper-Stu suggested a fix for a leaky joint with the HE

The filler neck is listed separately for MD22 but AFAICS not the same as the MD2030

Find some one local to you who repair car radiators. I had to replace the filler cap on my heat exchanger and found one that was threaded and after I removed the leaking one I tapped the heat exchanger and fitted the new one with loctite.
