No that is either terminal with the rotors touching/ delaminating, or more likely as I have had it on mine is the crank to water pump belt slipping when the added tension of the SC kicks in. Check the primary belt isnt slipping on the crank pulley. It does make an awful noise as if coming from the SC when it slips.

edit. even a bit of gummed oil on the rotors will cause them to seize fast. If it's not the belts then see if you can turn the rotors by hand. If not, clean them out of any debris or coking up. (some oil always gets on the rotors and burns leaving a sticky residue that grabs onto anything that bypasses the filters. Diesel smoke soot, crank vent oil etc if applicable), look for any oil that may have leaked passed the sealed bearing in which case the SC need to be replaced entirely as those bearings are epoxied into the body in a one time fit.
