Has anyone replaced the original gearbox carrier with the `new` carrier kit on the MS2 gearbox. I have done it this weekend but found the instructions that came with the carrier confusing regarding the spacer washer. Has anyone got a simpler explanation to decide which washer to fit. I ended up fitting the 3 mm washer but am not convinced that I am correct. Distances of measurement A and Measurement B respectively were 69 mm and 70 mm. Do these sound about right ?
Would be grateful for any guidance.

Alternatively why not ask the supplier of the carier kit?
