Volvo/Caterpillar merger? - we should be told!

I see under the 'sneak preview' of the Fairline 50 it lists "2 x Volvo Caterpillar 3196 diesels" as one option - is this a merger we haven't heard about or just the ususal misprunt?

If it is another merger, Caterpillar will have the marine engine market just about sewn up, they took over Perkins Sabre not very long ago.
