Volvo 431 Spark Gaps & Firing Order

Hi. I recently purchased a set of plugs and leads for my Volvo 431B
The plugs are all gappedat different setting - 15 to 45 thou
Does anyone know what the correct gap should be ?
Like an idiot I forgot to make a not of the leads before I removed them ---- Doooooh ! So I now require the firing order and distributor position lease

Firing order is 18436572 clockwise on the distributor. The best way is to get the engine at No1 TDC i.e. front left cylinder with both valves closed not rocking and see where the rotor arm is pointing then thats your starting point for the sequence on the distributor cap. The plug gap is 35 thou.
