Can someone please tell me why I should not put the 17.8:1 pistons from a kamd/tamd42 into my adad41a motor that has 16.5:1 pistons?
The crank, cam, valves, head and turbo appear to share the same part numbers, which leaves the fuel system. Hard to know when theres 13 different ones listed for the 41 and 2 for the 42, injectors, same style, but...
My motivation isnt to get more power, but back on the water. I can get the 42's quickly, but the 41's are on backorder. They were on backorder till today, but that has blown out till July 22
