Does any know the equivalent part number for the oil filter and fuel filter for this engine . They must be a lot cheaper at Halfords.Halfords can not cross reference the volvo number

If you really insist on using those muppets at Halfords, get them to give you a filter for a 1.0ltr Renault 5 '79-'85 model............

Don't know the part number but I think I know how you can get it.
My local Chandler stocks "Crosland" filters (fuel and oil filters). The Crosland catalogue has references for most if not all marine engines (perkins, gardner etc) and lots of car & tractor engines too. Alternatively look out for a FRAM stockist. They have a similar catalogue.
You may also be surprised at what is available from Halfords. They also have a catalogue that cross refers OEM parts with alternatives.
I couldn't find Crosland online.
I have a 1986 Perkins engine and got equivalent Crosland filters for about half the perkins price. So one on and one spare for the same money. Performance: no difference.
