Volvo 120S Saildrive Prop Shaft Seals - where to buy?

The time has come to replace the prop shaft seals on my Volvo 120S saildrive. I have got quotes from the usual sources - Keypart and Volspec etc, which are coming in at around £17 each, and I will need two seals. Anyone managed to source these elsewhere for less??? Many thanks.

Keypart do a kit with all the seals for about £50.

I tried my local bearing factors, to no avail..... the seals are made by steffa (sp)
