For those of you sailing or contemplating sailing, on the Catalunyan coast, Rosas, Empuria, Cadaques, Port L'igat,St.Feliu de Guixols,etc. this book was written shortly after WW11, and gives an insight into life in the then isolated villages, there being little in the way of roads in the interior.Softly humorous, it hold its readers attention well, and leaves one to imagine the real names of two villages continually at loggerheads, the village of the cats and the village of the dogs.Your local library may order you a copy if it is missing from their shelves.
