It may seem a long shot from where you are but people, especially boat people do move around.
So if you should find yourself in my area, the Peloponese opposite Poros island do try Vlachos taverna. It is located opposite the eastern end of the football field in Galatas. It is also known as Blue Doors because the doors are ... blue.
It is run by the friendly Vlachos couple, Thanasis and Eleni, you get good quality Greek food and it is surprisingly inexpensive. Definitely my favourite in the area.
Quite a few sailing parties moored in Poros take the little wooden launches that connect Poros to Galatas just to go for their evening meal here.
