Visiting the Thames this weekend?

I've got a 18' sailing day boat with shallow draft weighing 600kg with a mast about 21' above the water line. She also has an outboard engine. I bought her at the end of last year and only got time/weather for one sail. As the weather is looking so good at the moment I'm thinking of paying a visit to the Thames this weekend.

I live in Redhill, Surrey and so a trip to somewhere near Kingston or Shepperton would be a short enough journey. I would need a concrete slipway and somewhere safe to park my van and trailer. I might even stay overnight (in van or under canvas in the boat) if feasible.

Any suggestions for a good place to go? I've had a look at bridge heights and don't think I could squeeze under any of them with the mast up. So, I either stay between bridges or just use the engine.

Do I need a Boat Safety Scheme certificate? The boat is CE certified. I guess I'd need a licence but I'm hoping I could get one from a lock-keeper.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Molsey lock is closed.

I'd go for the slipway at weybridge that gives a lot of choice for boating even the river wey would be an option. Free Car park beside slipway. I've not use it but have seen trailers in the car park so assume its a decent slip.
