MV Havengore - fresh from the Winston Churchill 50th anniversary event on the Thames.
We've gone up in the world!
Apparently she is being lifted out today and there is a BBC camera crew coming along.
Probably be on Look East tonight.......

Havengore 'bumped' a pontoon whilst reversing up to the hoist dock. Totally stove in planking just above the waterline. They have covered it with black plastic. Nice lil shipwrights job that one as she is double skinned.

The Navy are being forced to use Beneteau's instead of warships?

You are more accurate than you may think.

At last they have recognised that all seafarers should be able to handle a boat; whatever their 'specialisation'.

To this end they are, correctly in my opinion, emphasising sailing as adventurous training and putting some funds into it.

Only good can come out of this step.
