has anyone sailed into here? would appreciate any tips and advice as i'm thinking of stopping in on way past. Would like to moor as close to centre as possible . whats the best marina , costs etc

The Sixhaven a free freey nxt door or Aeolus nxt to a large cheap supermarket ( cheapest we have found in Holland) cost cheaper than the UK

There was a thread else ware on the merits or otherwise of Sixhaven, basically it's often busy seems at the moment it is noisy from adjacent construction work but that has to be during working hours, you won't get closer to the centre of Amsterdam.
Once you are moored sit back with an evening beer and watch the fun or give some poor sod a helping hand to get into a tight space and if I could do it in a long keel boat anyone can.
