as I have seen there are several pub meetings going aroud so I invite the 9 first ones to have a drink in virtual pub because it's difficult to participate the real ones from Finland.

I have always found that if you don't know the technical/legal/colregs answer to any post that the smartalec post is the way to go.
I use it every time!
