A couple of the window panels in the canopy are becoming opaque in the corners, particularly those above the helm. Anyone know what I can use to clean them without damaging them?

Sounds like sunburn, in which case you can't clean them - just get them replaced.

agree with jimmy, but if you do want to have a go with a clean first off then I find Auto Glym Fast Glass brings up Acrylic windows very well, but I doubt it will bring back from opaque.

Heard of good results from other boaters that 12in1 Multi Surface Pledge is good for cleaning vinyl windows, currently in the same situation as you and going to give it a try when I have a moment.

another cracking product for acrylic. I have a convertible car and used both pledge on my rear window as well as fast glass. With pledge if you spray on and leave to soak for 10 minutes, then with a new microfiber cloth polish off (don't use an old one with the risk of any bits in it as you can scratch an acrylic window very easily!)

Another vote for Pledge for cleaning up the windows.
If it does not restore the sun burn damage it will have only have cost you a pound.
If the canvas is okay the windows can be replaced .
