Used to be able to get tubes of "vinyl weld" but have not seen it for ages. The glue for repairing PVC dinghies should do the trick. The single part one from Polymarine or your chandler should be good enough http://www.polymarine.com/products/parts...tube-[1610].cfm PVC ground sheet repair adhesive from a camping shop. I have some (a 250ml tin) that I bought from Hawke House when relining the boat for sticking vinyl to vinyl. Go with the 70ml tube of Polymarine stuff. A decent chandler, esp one that does inflatable boats, should have it.
