Hi All,
I have a V.E Multiplus Compact 12/2000/80 setup, fed with both shore power, and generator when not in the marina. I recently experienced overload and low battery warning lights simultaneously, which means excessive DC ripple detected. This happened when switching over to gen power momentarily. Since then everything works fine, but when switched over to inverter mode, the inverter works just fine, but no Inverter LED light will show. I'm curious if this means its still working, but no longer electronically (Microprocessor controlled) managed, or simply an LED failure. I don't think the later, as the LED on the main unit as well as the separate control panel are not lighting up.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
In the manual, it says to reset the unit, disconnect shore power and switch to off for four seconds, but this has no effect.
Could it be a fuse? or fuse/reset switch?
Any thoughts / input / advice much appreciated.
