Victron Charger Skylla TG 24v 75A

Hello All,
i have a charging fault, battery bank keeps going flat (batteries are ok) will not charge on shore power, i am making the massive assumption that it is the charger. Does anyone know if Victron chargers are repairable / testable etc and if so who is best bet to do repair.

is there a test i can do to check if it is the charger?

mains power to the charger and voltage at the output terminals, ideally 28 + depending on state of charge. Also check inline fuse if fitted on the output side.

Otherwise probably needs hooking up to a lap top with diagnostic software

certainly repairable as skyella is a good bit of kit
