Vibrator

I am getting a vibration through starboard shaft at about 5-7 kts then smooths out above this speed. Similar to wheel balance on car. Then noticed stern gland leaking heaVILY , any clues ?
P.S. Anyone want to buy a P35!

Shaft alinement seems to be out. Yes Ill buy a P 35. Dont want 165's though.

Or cutless bearing shagged or prop damaged. Either way, should be checked out especially if causing sterngland to leak
