VHF Skanti 1000P DCS no Channel scanning and Dual Watch possible?

I have in the memory list (for instance memory 0) programmed 3 Channels (and i can see them in the content of the list), but after pressing Shift Scan, no scanning starts.
The same is with Dual Watch, no Dual Watch is starting.
Do you have any hint for me what causes the problems?
