VHF radio replacement batteries?

Hi all,

I need to replace the battery on my back-up radio (Silva S12) but can't seem to find anything on the interweb; anyone got any suggestions as to where I might get one please?

Separate battery pack?

Have you checked that the pack, when removed, does not just contain standard rechargeable batteries. Some do.
If not, it is often cheaper to replace the unit than buy a new battery pack.

Spot on. thanks. It does indeed use a AAA rechargeable pack.
