VHF Course in Central Scotland

I really ought to get DSC training, and I may as well do the whole VHF course again as a refresher? Any recommendations for somewhere to do this? Friends spoke highly of Scotsail at Largs, but as they have not bother to respond to an enquiry they are probably off the list.
