Vetus M2 C5 Engine - Greasing Seals?

I've cleaned my clogged up heat exchanger and ready to put it back in. Bought 2 new rubber O ring seals which the handbook states should be inserted using grease.

But what kind of grease?

Can anyone advise me please.
