Hi,
My boat is fitted with a Vetus 80KGF Bowthruster. I noticed the tailpiece had a slight oil leak when lifted for the winter. I drained the oil and some water came out. I only replaced the lip seals last year. I’m wondering if I put them in the wrong way round or if the bearing is worn and needs to be replaced.
The manual doesn’t cover maintenance of the tailpiece so wondering if anyone has any experience of this?
