VERY Poor Service from MarinaStores.

I ordered a new holding tank - supplied by Marina Stores in Limassol - 2 days after fitting , 2 leaks appeared on the seam where the top and bottom are joined. Manager/owner of the store says , because its not their product - it Lalizas) , they cant take it back and that it was perfect when it left the store (it was well wrapped in Lalizas shrinkwrap). I told him it was a manufacturing fault - in the middle of the tank and could not possibly be a shipping problem. Was not interested ! 140 EU ??? + transport and fitting costs...

Not Happy ! will not be dealing with them again !

Return it to them with a letter stating it has been supplied as not fit for purpose. If paid by credit card tell them and have them place a hold or a charge back for the full amount.

Your contract is with the seller not the manufacture. Advise them that they are to replace it free of charge and refund your return postage within a certain time period (say 14 days) or you will issue the Greek (?) equivalent of a small claims court summons and involve trading standards.
